It started with a working mom who just wanted to find her people…
Back in 2019, Erika was building her businesses, raising three daughters, and trying to find a community where she could talk about big ideas and business goals without pretending the rest of her life was not happening.
She had been to the networking events that felt a little too formal, a little too transactional, and honestly, a little lonely. She wanted something warmer. A place where women could share referrals and business advice one minute, then talk about school pickup, mom guilt, or what was for dinner the next.
When she could not find that kind of community, she decided to create it!
What started as a simple way for local moms to connect online has grown into a community of 7,500+ women, more than 100 business members, in-person events, practical workshops, a podcast, and so many opportunities for San Antonio moms to feel seen, supported, and more confident sharing what they do.
And truly, we are just getting started. 💙

Meet Erika Radis
Founder of Working Moms of San Antonio
Hi, I'm Erika!
I'm a mom of three, wife, entrepreneur, Realtor, podcast host, eternal pen snob, and the person usually trying to keep 47 tabs open in my brain without forgetting where I left my coffee.
I have lived in the San Antonio area for most of my life, and I have spent more than a decade building businesses while raising my daughters alongside my husband, Frank. My background is in graphic design, but I am also a total business and marketing nerd who genuinely loves helping women take their big ideas and figure out what to do next.
I created WMSA because I was craving the kind of community I could not seem to find anywhere else. I wanted a place where moms could talk about business goals, referrals, marketing, and growth without having to pretend school pickup, sick kids, or the general chaos of motherhood was not happening too.
Now, I get to spend my days bringing women together, hosting events, recording the WMSA Podcast, brainstorming ideas, and giving the occasional slightly overenthusiastic pep talk! Honestly, watching another mom feel more confident, make a meaningful connection, or finally share what she has been quietly building is one of my very favorite things.
So whether you are here to grow your business, meet women who truly get it, learn something new, or simply feel a little less alone in the juggle, I am so glad you found us.
