Rental Terms

No payment collected online

We do not collect payment or card details through this site at this time. Requests made through the booking wizard produce an itemised estimate only — not an invoice. We confirm your date or session by email, and payment (where applicable) is arranged directly with our team after that confirmation.

Your booked hours are your whole visit

The start and end time you book is a strict window. There is no extra setup or teardown time before or after it — your own decorating, vendor setup, event and clean-up all need to happen inside the hours you reserve. Please build setup and cleanup time into the block you book rather than expecting a buffer on either side.

Saturday slots and the turnaround window

Saturdays at the venue are booked as named slots rather than open hours:

• Morning — 9:00am–1:00pm. Everything must be packed up and out by 1:00pm.
• Mid-afternoon turnaround — 1:00pm–5:30pm is reserved for our team to reset the room between the morning and evening slots. It is released only by exception; request it and we'll follow up. Booking this window includes the morning and evening slots too.
• Evening — starts at 5:30pm, once the room has been reset.

What's included

Every venue rental includes our $225 venue package: furniture set to your chosen layout, premium linens, and the room set up before you arrive and reset after you leave. AV/tech support is available as an optional add-on. Cancellations and rescheduling

[PLACEHOLDER] Cancellations made less than [PLACEHOLDER: 7 days] before your date may not be refundable, and rescheduling is subject to availability. [PLACEHOLDER] WMSA reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a booking due to circumstances beyond our control, in which case we'll work with you on a new date.

Conduct

[PLACEHOLDER] Renters are responsible for their guests and vendors while on-site. We ask that everyone treat our space, staff and the surrounding community with respect — no illegal activity, no smoking indoors, and no exceeding the posted occupancy for your layout. We may end a booking early for conduct that puts people or the space at risk.

Damage and liability

[PLACEHOLDER] Renters are responsible for any damage to the space, furniture or equipment caused during their booking, beyond normal wear and use, and may be billed separately for repair or replacement. [PLACEHOLDER] WMSA is not liable for personal injury, lost or stolen items, or damage to guests' or vendors' property during a rental, except as required by law. [PLACEHOLDER] We may ask renters of larger events to carry event insurance.
